Formula V Technology CO. offers high-quality, high-performance, and highly reliable products.

Starting from the date of purchase, each product series comes with a corresponding warranty period of varying years to provide you with comprehensive product warranty services.

Please carefully read the warranty period for each product series below, including the scope of limited warranty coverage, warranty terms, and terms not covered by the warranty.

The content contains important information related to your rights. When you begin to enjoy our warranty service, it indicates that you have fully understood the content of these terms and conditions, and you agree to accept the following.

1.Warranty periods may vary by region; please inquire with your point of purchase for details.

2.When sending defective products for repair, please remember to bring the original purchase invoice to facilitate relevant processing by the store.

1.These warranty terms apply only to FORMULA V series products purchased on or after January 1, 2023.

2.Faults occurring due to manufacturing reasons will be covered under warranty, with the warranty period starting from the date of purchase. Repair service assurance is provided during the warranty period; refer to “Product Warranty Period” for details.

3.The warranty commencement time is calculated from the date on the purchase invoice. In case of lost purchase documents, the shipping date determined by the product serial number will be used for calculation.

4.If the product malfunction falls outside the terms of FORMULA V’s non-warranty coverage, FORMULA V reserves the right to cancel warranty benefits and will not provide repair service assurance.

5.If there are material or manufacturing defects in the product during the warranty period, the company will address them through repair. If repair is not possible, a replacement of a similar type will be provided. In the case of product discontinuation, an equivalent product will be substituted.

6.Any damages caused by faults or defects in FORMULA V products during the warranty period will be compensated by the company.

[Note ] “Product faults or defects” refer to issues determined by the company’s inspection as caused by factors “not attributable to the consumer or other force majeure.” If, after inspection, the faults or defects are found to be “attributable to the consumer” or “caused by other force majeure,” the company cannot provide relevant compensation.

3.If beyond the service assurance period, consumers must bear the cost of parts and repair services. If the consumer cannot accept the repair price, FORMULA V may decline the repair.

4.If, after FORMULA V’s inspection, the “product” itself has no faults or defects, and abnormal phenomena arise from external accessories, products, or related peripherals, it will not be covered by this service assurance.

5.If you seek repair services for your product in a country or region other than the original purchase location, FORMULA V may charge repair fees and provide no warranty. If deemed unrepairable, the product will be returned, and you should seek warranty service from the original point of purchase.

6.In the case of repairs, ownership of removed parts belongs to FORMULA V; FORMULA V may use new and/or processed parts from different manufacturers for product repairs.

1.Damages caused by natural disasters (floods, fires, etc.), irresistible forces (impact, corrosion, etc.), or misuse and abuse.

2.Product repairs, modifications, or alterations by unauthorized personnel.

3.Labels that have been altered, soiled, removed, or damaged.

4.Severe damage, including but not limited to complete PCB damage, detached storage chips, EEPROM chip detachment, burnt pins (two or more), or in an unusable condition (abnormal wear, scratches, or abrasions).

5.Counterfeit products.

6.Usage traces caused by material characteristics during long-term use are not covered by the warranty.

7.Damages caused by improper use not following the instructions or due to human error are not covered by the warranty.

8.FORMULA V strongly prohibits the use of the product in environments with long-term water flow/columns or high water pressure. If used in such environments resulting in damage to the contents, FORMULA V is not responsible.
